Drinking Vinegars?

Yes Please! Drinking Vinegar’s sound a little funky but they are delicious and it’s been said quite nutritious. Drinking vinegars are Here at Leaf we call these drinking vinegar’s Shrubs. Shrubs date back to colonial times and are a mixture of infused vinegars and sparkling water.image Here at leaf we infuse Braggs raw organic apple cider vinegar with the freshest mouthwatering fruits and vegetables. To sweeten up this concoction we use raw organic cane sugar which we believe creates the perfect balance of sweet, tart, and delicious.

 

How To:
1. Add equal parts of sugar and water to a saucepan, and heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add berries or fruit and simmer until the fruit’s juice blends well into the syrup.
3. Let that mixture cool. Strain out the solids.
4. Add vinegar to the syrup, bottle it all up, and store in the fridge.
