Sweet and Sour mixes and Maraschino cherries are a thing of the past. At Leaf our mission is to use the freshest, most sustainable, and local ingredients, not only in our food but in our cocktails too. Why throw your health out the window when enjoying a craft cocktail? Well you don’t have to, it’s all about the balance. We find our yin and yang through house made infusions. Our Bartender Devin is all about infusions; infusing local or organic spirits with Roobios tea, sorel (from our farm), as well as ginger and grapefruit to name a few. All of these refreshing infusions are perfect while lounging on the patio, catching up with friends or capping off your night with something that will make you sink into your seat and warm your soul. Yes, we are talking about our Chai Tea infusion which consists of infusing our housemade chai ( hats off to owners Lenny and Sara Martinelli for concocting this recipe) with local vodka resulting in the perfect ending to a great night.
